Kyuuon
Kyuuon is cyberpunk themed vtuber with a flashy personality.
Initially I was tasked to turn an existing design into a rig-ready vtuber model. A few months later she approached me to design and create the model for her redebut.
Sketches
Key part of my design process is to come up with three design directions that my clients can choose from or mix and match their favorite parts. Kyuuon ended up loving both the short jacket and poncho, so we ended up using both.
Color palette
Standing out among the countless other vtuber designs is important. That’s why I suggested an uncommon, flashy color palette using purple and greens.
Rig-Ready Model
Kyuuon, being a Live2D rigger herself, rigged the model herself. The following video showcases the model in motion.

Stream illustration
I was also tasked to create an illustration for Kyuuon’s stream that would be used for starting/brb/ending screens.
