Mirage Requiem
The creation of an original music video
When music producer Jorei sent me a DM they asked for my commission availability. However I liked their music so much that I decided to offer a whole collaboration. This was the start of our original song Mirage Requiem.
The character
We both wanted this to be a passion project. Jorei having creative freedom with their music, me having creative freedom with the visuals. And how can I better show my passion than by using my original character Gris? For this music video I designed a vampire version of her, combining the aesthetics of a lolita dress with tech wear elements.
First visual
After nailing down the first details I came up with this visual. Jorei’s music usually has a dark, goth ambience which is why the video is set in a gothic church with a neon aesthetic.

Mirage Requiem
Finally we streamed Mirage Requiem as a premiere on Jorei’s Youtube channel. After a hard month of work it was incredibly rewarding to see the live reactions!
